WHERE IS MY ORDER?

We ship orders daily Tuesday-Saturday.  Majority of our orders are shipped via USPS and tracking numbers are provided.  Tracking will automatically update in your order; however, USPS does not always update their tracking in a timely manner.  We have often seen a shipment we know was picked up not track for several days so we want you to know that within 24 hours of your tracking number being provided your order has been shipped.

 

PRESALE ITEMS

Items purchased during our pre-sale state the ship by date.  For example, orders placed by Sept. 30th stated a ship date by Nov.30th.  We offer a discounted rate during our pre-sale and free shipping to thank you for placing an order and can wait.  We ship our pre-sale orders out within 24 hours of receiving our shipment and tracking will automatically update.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping in the United States? Shipping is FREE for you if: 

Your order total is $35+ or more and shipped via USPS

$4(sometimes less)if your order is less than $35

If you don't want to do either of those, we will add a small shipping fee to your order at checkout!

Pre-sale orders will ship by the stated date on the pre-sale items.  We ship out orders within 24 hours of us receiving our shipment for presale items.  

For non pre-sale orders -Orders ship from our warehouse in 3-4 business days. 

Once orders leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly. 

*Please note that there will be a delay in shipment if you use PayPal eCheck at checkout. It takes PayPal 3-5 days to process a PayPal eCheck and we can't fulfill the order until the payment clears. Your order will be fulfilled as soon as payment clears. 

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $10 shipping in order to have your order re-sent.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders ship from our warehouse in 3-4 business days. We understand there is a significant price in shipping internationally; however, we do not make anything on international shipping.  The cost is actual cost we pay.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

You can protect your package for a small fee with shipping insurance at checkout. Shipping insurance covers lost, stolen, or damages in transit. It does not cover theft or damages after the tracking shows successfully delivered. Contact hello@myhometownbaby.com for any questions. 

 

RESHIP 

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $10 shipping & handling in order to have your order re-sent.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties that may apply on the order. We are not responsible for any such taxes, duties or delays caused by customs.

 

REGULAR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges within 30 days from the original order date as long as the item is in original condition (unwashed/unworn), with the tags still attached, and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping return item to us as well as shipping for the replacement item.  If the item is no longer in stock that you are needing to exchange we will issue a credit which can be used for a different item; however, you are still responsible for new shipping charges.

Optional paid priority shipping is not refunded.

*Exchanges for equivalent items are available if the item is new, unworn/undamaged, and with tags attached. Buyer is responsible for return postage.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation email is automatically sent when an order is placed. After confirming that your order confirmation email did not end up in your spam/junk folder, please contact us at hello@myhometownbaby.com so we can help you out.

 

TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number. USPS does not always update tracking in a timely manner; however, we want you to know that items are shipped out within 24 hours of your tracking number being generated.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Bamboo viscose is a very delicate fabric and must be handled with care. Most products can be machine washed inside out with like colors on gentle cold wash. Tumble dry low or line dry for optimal results. Avoid washing with rough fabrics (such as towels) or other garments with zippers, hooks/buttons, or velcro that can snag the soft bamboo.

We recommend using gentle cycle or hand washing for best results.
